Can I fill holes or cracks in the wood with the epoxy?

Yes, you can. We recommend our Primaloc Deep Pour Epoxy for this, as it is designed for thick layers such as those that cracks or holes typically require. Alternatively, you can also use wood filler or a latex acrylic based clear caulk. Please allow dry time for latex caulk for best results.

Here's what you should do:

  • Begin by filling the holes to surface level, and give them plenty of time to cure.
  • Once that has finished, you can apply a seal coat of epoxy to fill in any pores and imperceptible holes.
  • Wait 4 hours (and no more than 10), then apply a final topcoat of Primaloc Bar & Table Top Epoxy for optimal results.
